. The uncrackable bootloader for the Xperia X10 has been successfully bypassed to allow custom kernel flashing on the device. This was done via the kexec miniloader method. The devs are already working on custom kernels that will enhance the functionality of your X10 by doing things such as removing FPS caps, allow undervolting to increase battery life, wifi tethering, and much more! * +

So far, there is one kernel in alpha stage that can be flashed via xRecovery onto the device. The dev mentioned that he has tested this for over 48 hours without any major issues. * +

Yep, great news, it happened a few hours before April Fools and many of us held back before looking further into it, but it seems totaly legit now, realy excited, hopefuly Wolfbreak releases an undervolted kernel with his next custom ROM as he has created some awesome Cyanogen MOD based ROMs for the X10. * +
