Think you hit the nail on the head there, Polo. With Apple doing this, it is looking more likely that they becoming scared of the competition. There is no need for a lawsuit such as this. If anything does come out it, then it would probably be an extremely red (faced) Apple. * +

Every time there's a lawsuit like this, people say someone is scared, it has nothing to do with that. Samsung is a huge company, you don't just get up and sue them like that, you have to make sure what evidence you have is solid enough to bring to court, so things take time, which means, they were planning this for quite a while. * +

Personally, I think Apple are just money grabbing s, with nothing better to do other than think up stupid reasons to take other companies to court. Steve Jobs needs to get over himself, he isn't God! *
