Their UI does look a lot like iOS and the GSII does have a striking resemblence to iP4, and considering how much better the Samsungs are it was bound to happen, funny part is that Sammy do supply Apple with parts, and are going to counter sue, this could actualy back fire to Apple, of all the companies you can sue, you realy dont want to be sueing Samsung * +

It won't backfire, Samsung are counter suing based on lack of evidence. They claim they 'think' Apple might be using their patented tech also, and will be looking into it. So basically, Samsung is going to pick at straws to save face, it won't work. * +

Oracle will win this, Google will be forced to pay up and more than likely switch tho their own programming language called GO. Why create a new language if they weren't planning on dropping Java * +
