im about too upgrade but cant deside between these two phones, the htc has sense and better cam and bigger screen but the galaxy has a nice screen and a better battery life. Can someone tell me how the batt life really is on these phones * +

I'd expect that Galaxy S to have better batt life mainly due to the larger batt, smaller display and more effecient CPU, i'd take the Desire HD though, HTC have top notch FW support, Sense UI as you said, a larger display, more RAM and more powerful CPU. * +

and the build quality of the DHD is unbelievable, id highly recommend you go in store and hold them side-by-side, when i pickd up the DHD i was just shockd by how solid it was. * +

Put a custom rom on and get mega battery out of it compared to stock roms. Mine is undervolted, but overclocked to 1.2Ghz and I can get 29 plus hours out of it. At stock you'll be lucky to get 17 hours. * +

ok so dhd is thn way to go, i tought so, should really stop doubting my judgdement, but thanks for help, just as long as the phone will last from 8-10 every day then i will be happy * +
