Both share the same CPU, Desire has more RAM and X10 has more Internal mem. As they are both getting Android2.3.3 id recommend the X10 due to its better camera, better battery life, larger display and design. Both also have great dev support with plenty custom ROMs ,its all down to what you think you like better realy. * +

I'm pretty satisfied with my X10.. You have two people here who have used it without any problems.. polo n me.. besides few others maybe. so quite reliable I guess.. * +

I would say desire because it is fully customizable and htc androids are really good. But x10 is also good. * +

In my opninion X10. I have never used any one of them, but I totally agree with Polo. I used to be a Nokia fan, but now I'm being a fan of SE after seeing amazing devices like Xperia Arc and Xperia Mini Pro.. * +
