I'd say wait until X10 gets the 2.3.3 update, if you cant then get the Galaxy S, both are excellent devices, i took the X10 as i realy liked the design, great Camera, and its battery life is also better from my experience. * +

Galaxy S is better than X10. More rom and 16gb internal memory, light weight, very slim, super omled screen and the list goes on n on..... * +

Lol, i always forget the GS has 16GB ma55 mem, thats a huge benefit and you should consider that. Im running out of mem in my 16GB mem card and thinking of getting a 32GB if i can find one. Wouldnt say GS is far better though especialy next to an X10 running the Arc's 2.3.3 ported ROM, things are going to flip big time when it gets 2.3.3 officialy. ;) * +
