Wondering if there is road works in dbn and cpt or where ever. Here in jhb and pta its everywhere and they just stuff up the roads. Now add the bus rapid transit project and you have one moerse headace, they took lanes on the high way i use everyday for it, first i thought its part of the road works but it aint. They gona cause hectic trafic. * +

As far as i know they're doing certain parts in durbz,was there a month back. And as for traffic in jozi- shyt i don't use the N1 anymore cuz of this cr*p. Its even busy on the weekends! i'm sticking to the M1 and luckily it takes me to work on time * +

If you go to joburg CBD you'll see they're busy with that rea-vaya bus thing and it took me about half an hour to get thru town cuz of the construction! so frustrating. Where do you travel to crank? * +

sorry i was talking bout the rea-vaya project thing. Day to day i travel to alberton and isando now and then im all over the east rand and parts of pta. i was at home last week and in that week they built a station thingy for the bus project on the m2 * +

Only major road work in cpt are on the N1 and R300, they are retarring the n1 few km at a time so its reduce to single lane traffic with a speed limit of 60, I mean really ,60km/h on the highway? The R300 is just one big mess, rebuilding and widening with new pedestrian bridges as the death toll on that road was massive with ppl trying to cross the road * +

When they doing work like this it takes months to complete a small section! just hope its all worth it in the end * +
