I noticed two spots on my scooter's frame which i sanded out but now i have two spots of bare metal so i coated it with black enamel which looks good now but i dont want it to start rusting again EVER so what would be the solution ? Please help and thanx in advance *

For a start dry it off if ur out in rain. Big prob for bikes with lot of chrome n dat on it. *
