The way i see it toyotas hav gne up to sh.it. I think brands like mitsubishi r more reliable and honda ofcoz! Another manufacturer we shudnt forget bout is suzuki nd isuzu. They do 400.. 500k kms witout any trouble. * +

vw beetle is still see the old ones on the road but if you want to know which one can pick up the km's and punishment then you have to look at the police. We had a toyota with over 500 000km before it was boarded. that means sell on the auction. Mazda, Ford VW and corsa the police have tried it and before 50k mark they pack up * +

ALL police vehicles here are Ford. Spoke with a officer (speeding ticket) and he said the car he was driving has been used for the past 8 yrs. Only problem they have had with it was a wrecked bumper. Guess some one rear ended the car or somthing. And either then that no other problems.. Forgot to ask about the kms... * +

not all. we have quiet a few different makes of police vehicles here. personally i think toyota takes the cake for reliability but i wil admit wit wat xav said about them. plus they need to make their cars more pleasing on the eyes. * +
