Idle should be an adjustment to air screw and clean out throttle body and carbs with carb cleaner from car shop,as for emmisions, possible cat/lamba sensor , try scr*pi for cheap ones or factor parts:) * +

get ur catalytic converter checked. Cheap engine oils destroy catalytic converter. * +

ok an update.... changed plugs oil filter halve a bottle redex and 2 20 min thrashings @ 80mph in 3rd gear ( poor 998cc engine lol ) and it passed. :) * +
