Subject: Ford laser problem

Problem solved. It was the bottom slave cylinder keeping the car in neutral. But now i have another problem, after some time driving the car it jerks and sometimes switches off. This only happens when the car heats up. When left for about 5min the car will run properly for some time then do the same. Any suggestions why this is happening? Could it be there is dirt in the carb.. * +

the car jerking is not cold engine getting little petrol. clean the carbs jets and while you at it do a self quick service and wash the dam thing * +

Already cleaned and serviced the carb when was sorting out engine. Could it be because oil leaked out the gearbox and now theres less oil? Also how do i remove the speedometer cable on the gearbox? *
