Well, he may not know, so instead of silly answers, I help- 13,14 etc is the size of the wheels diameter, 165/175 etc is the footprint, or width of the tyre, obviously larger the number, wider the tyre, 35/40/45 are called profiles, this is the sidewall height,the lower the number, the lower the car sidewall/profile- 35/45etc is actually the percentage of the tyre width, 35 of a 205 width:) * +
