Last yr a got stop an it came up on computer that i lost my licnc (but i hadnt) they said a was a drunk driver. I got my car taken off me an crushd. When it went 2 court all chargez got dropd. Am in the middle o tryn 2 get for the car they took off me an crushd. It was in the paperz (sun.daily mail courier). * +

I would sue the police for all sorts of costs, taking time off work, emotional distress, cost of a replacement car, money for having to use public transport etc... * +

some focker ran into me inda week.onda very same day that i had spend 5grand on suspension he damaged the front end.guy had no learners,no license,car was illegal,no brakes,broken windscreen,couldnt idle, nothing.it happnd 100 meters FROM THE FRONT GATES OF THE POLICE STATION.yet i had2wait an hour for them2arrive.eventually i decidd2go2police station to fill in report only2find out THER ON LUNCH! * +

Ok, pw, simple facts here, uninsured car shouldn't be on the road- you can neither sue nor claim, his negligence or not, as his vehicle had the right to be on the road- yours didn't!! * +
