Depends on what you call street racing. I enjoy 'orienteering'. One car - one team. Teams start in intervals of 3 minutes. A few seconds before starting you get sheets of paper with various locations (addresses/clues /small parts of map/photos/whatnot). Once arrived, you must find a 'secret code' using UV flashlights and move on to the next location. Fastest team wins and organises the next 'race'. Its a great dose of fun and adrenaline. Disclaimer: reckless drivers usually don't win haha * +

There is an advanced version of it called 'encounter'. Check my profile for the link if you are interested. Encounter takes place in a lot of european countries and even in some parts of usa *
