Need help regarding cooling problem. Is it possible for a car to still run if the timing belt has not been put around the coolant pump sprocket finkin mechanic has made a up also not getin as much power as i should. Either that or airlock or waterpump faulty? Car is a corsa 98 model 1.4 thanx in advance;) * +

I wouldnt think its possible as the belt would not be tensioned, also if the water pump wasnt working it would overheat very quickly. * +
