D is just light damage. If its been repaired by a chimps then no, but if its been repaired by someone decent and inspected it'll be fine. The biggest minus on a vehicle like that is simply the resale value, it'll be worth next to nothing if its sold on and dealers probably wouldnt take it as part ex * +
