Sounds like your discs are warped, this is caused by over heating, beit from over use, hard braking or as mine do, from a alloy block which rubs v hot and helps cook front discs, :2 options - reground, or new discs, as with the warping it will be like u riding a bike with a buckled wheel:) *

Dnt wash ur car afta a long drive when break discs are hot. The cold water causes ur discs to contract fast leaving it warpd. Give it tym to cool down b4 washing. *
