brawn were fast were the double diffuser. red bull were nearly as fast without one and before the end of 2009 were faster because of the money * +

What about the blown diffuser? Red bulls used it first n was clearly the most effective, think thats banned next year? New tyres will be a major factor. Kers is back too. * +

blown diffuser is not banned. but without a double diffuser it probably wont be quite as effective. It'll still probably be around, especially as rear downforce will be heavily cut every little bit will be crucial * +

As for KERs then because of the increase in minimum weight it'll be more advantageous than it was in 2009 where the fastest cars on the track were non kers. Problem is the smaller teams arent happy, it'll make them less competitive if they dont stump up for what is seen as a bit of a gimmicky expensive system. which is sorta why the top rich teams want it, plus those 'green' credentials * +
