what if u put gears all down the drives haft and put multiple alternater lined up the lenth of it, lets say 10 of them. also have a55 orted mini windmills hidden on top through wind vents hooked to more alternators. would it be able to sustain power while moving down the highway, maybe even keep a full charge * +

scratch out the drives haft idea then, how about alot of air vents designed to flow the air through alot of mini windmills to charge just the electrical components like dashlights, radio, and engine computer. allowing all main batterys to work just the powertrain. * +

same thing, power generation from those methods is still exceptionally negligable. Cost more to design and manufacture and build than it would money spent improving other more important aspects * +

you also might wanna google the General Motors EV1. a fully electric car wid zero emissions was a reality a long time ago. its just dat oil companies and motor companies themselves dont want them on the road. oil companies for obvious reasons and motor companies due to low running costs which means less profits for them service time. * +
