What are these cars like to drive? Dont they drink oil and are easy to flood? *

Nice drive if you get the 231. Yes however they drink petrol oil. My brother in law has one and has to top up the oil on a very regular basis. He keeps a bottle in the boot as he can't go from Edinburgh to Nottingham and back without an oil top up. You can flood the engine easily if only moved a short distance say 200 yards or less. So no just moving it out the drive to move another car or you'll be knackered! They however are a hoot to drive. Visibility from rear is a bit kak as is blind spo *

Spot checking but you soon get used to that. Not overly keen on the rotary shaped handbrake grip which is a bit too large and slight obstructs the sunken gear stick. They look good, sound good, drive well but they do cost to run. Can be expensive to insure, cost 450 road tax. So running costs need to be taken into account *

Major point- full engine rebuilds at 70-80k as rotory engine eats itself as metal on metal gearing without lube *
