When my sister has had that issue Vw recommended filling the car up with a tank of V Power to help clean the engine and not to use supermarket fuel, however I'd take my chances more there than at some little highly priced place who get little custome as you don't know how long the fuel has been there and the Ron value depreciates over time * +

She fills up with v power every 4th tank to stop this issue now. You may also want to consider it may be a coinsidence and check the coilpacks and spark plugs for any issues. A coil pack not performing correctly could also cause this, you'd know by the state of the spark plugs. It's another modern Vw trate * +

Find you air intake screw, and throttle body. Now unscrew remembering its position the screw. And take the throttle air pipes off to reveal b*tterfly. Now spray all with carb spray and clean off. Then refit and should be fine:) * +
