is there no way to make ur own rev limiter on a carb car?i know vw and opel have distributor rotors with springs.but u cant make that work on a toyota 1.3 2e engine? * +

Why do you wanna limit it.Weld a piece of metal under accelerator it will restrict the amount of downward movement on the pedal cutting the speed and acceleration and the rev * +

Guys does a hyundai accent 99 model 1.3 carb.. Have a rev limiter.. Cause the guys at steves auto clinic said I've got one but my brother who has a 95 model accent hits his limiter at speeds where I've been in my car but haven't hit limiter.. * +
