Also when i switch 2 brights the normal lites go off. in otha words i can either hav normal or brights on at a time, but Ive seen newer cars keep both on when brights in use.Anytin i can do? * +

Sounds like a flat battery. What you need to do is grab a large length of high tension steel cable, hook one side to your battery n hook the other end to the closest power line nod * +

the xenon lights sound much simpler. * +

Lol but don't you need to change lots of things for exnon lights? Or do i just replace the bulb? Just to clarify there's nothing wrong with the lights its just how it was made.. Its a 99 model.. * +

you would need a kit in order to fit xenon lights and they must be self leveling. You would be better just investing in some quality bulbs. Not sure what kind you can get over there but something the equivalent of Phillips Extream Power would be what your after or some PIAA lights * +

So there is a way without using a kit.. How much is a kit? And how much for those bulbs that don't require a kit? And will they make a noticeable difference? * +
