Great bikes fun had 3 u want to get an 98 or newer the older ones leak oil in 98 thay corectd the oil leaks thay eat gas the last one i had got 27mpg an if u want a lot beter bike get a v rod better bike all the way around * +

Thanks. I didnt realise thay were that thursty . I did look at a vrod thay aint cheap thou. I haue read about post 98 sportsters being improved * +

if you going to get a sporty, i wouldn't get anything less than a 1200. they are good bikes. but in a year you might want a bigger bike. Harley did have a trade in plan, were if you traded in the new one you just bought they would take the money and put it on a newer bike. i don't know if they still do that. i bought my low-rider in 95. it's a 1340. * +

Dont bother. Buy a jap, more reliable, cheaper to buy and run and they handle. Hardley worthitson's are only good for one thing * +
