if your only swoping the engine and keeping your stock ECU then you shouldn't have a problem. The key's is linked with the ECU not the engine. * +

How do you bend valves with a blown head gasket?? only time i ever bent valves was when a cambelt snapped.! * +

its usually poor maintenance or using pirate parts that cause the cam belt to snap. and if you drive your car hard you have to replace it more often. * +
