van anyone tell me why when someone that's not on a BB sends me video or pictures i can only view them at the text message and just becomes an icon when saving them to the phone or media card. also no matter what format I put music on, it always says media being played is of an unsupported format. * +

I went on BB and did the update test and it found over 1200 updates but its still doin it * +
