Hello im trying to update to v5 but my version is v4.6.1.272 and when i go onto advances and check for updates it says none available.. i a55 ume this is an old version as people i know have newer versions than me. is there anyway i can get the newer versions? i want the new facebook layout but blackberry app world says no updates either what can i do ? * +

yeah connect it to Blackberry Desk Top Manger on a PC or laptop n then update your phone firmware through home broadband connection as its quicker n more stable... them wireless updates are always rubbish, I've only ever seen it done twice I think * +

hi azn its a blackberry 8520 whenever i seem to use desktop manager it always says apploaded error towards the end mate before anything can complete * +
