Hi guys I am thinking of getting a blackberry 9700, was wondering in South Africa does the BIS have any download restriction or can i download large files? Please let me know asap * +

Cellc is in my opinion the best carrier 4 bis, and do not impose any download restrictions at the moment, just b sure to have os6 on the phone. The only prob with the 9700 is that it cannot load large webpages, due to lack of RAM. I would rather get the 9780, the price difference is not that big... * +

I don't know about the other networks, since voda started throttling I moved to cell c. my speeds vary from around 140kbs to 180kbs. * +
