So once again Durbanville sits with interrupted internet service on the vodacom network. How many times do we have to complain and make a scene before anything is done or ANY feedback is given? * +

Today the ONLY time my BB was of use to me was when I left the Durbanville area. And no, this is not only my device or a RIM issue, its a Vodacom issue. For the past 3 weeks people have been complaining of bad service in the Durbanville/Northern Suburbs area in CT and NOTHING is being done to correct this. I have logged 3 calls, nothing. Friends in the area have logged calls, nothing. * +

Something tells me that Vodacom are happy to sit and take our money every month but are useless at providing the service that we pay for. And lets not forget the calls that are dropped or the sms we get to say a missed call from number x x xx x x. Then I have to call back, therefore making Vodacom more money. * +

I am disgusted with the service and feedback that Vodacom have provided. Im disgusted to think that the company is being run so unprofessionally and not interested in trying to a55 ist the consumer, the people paying the salaries. * +

Unfortunately I learnt to accept nothing more from Vodacom, nothing but lousy and unprofessional service. Nothing more than we will look into it and let you know which amounts to nothing. And the worst part, I left another network many years ago, promising never to go back and now I'm being forced to eat my words, put my pride in my pocket and look at alternative networks to Vodacom. * +
