pls help me, i got curve 8520, since yesterday after a reboot d phone wont work again bt showing a white screen with a crossed logo saying Reload software:552. Pls help me, wht do i need to do? Its my 3rd day wt BB * +

I've experienced like 3 8520s doing that and there's no solution except reloading the OS and I have no idea how to reload an OS on an 8520 in that condition. Best to Google how to. * +

If unfortunately you do not have the latest 8520 firmware on your pc you will have to take your phone in to where you purchased it and ask them to do a software upgrade for you. But in the event that you do have the firmware you can used blackberry swiss army knife to reload your firmware onto your phone. * +

download the latest os off of rims website along with the latest version of desktop manager. remove battery from phone plug in usb and allow phone to connect to pc then follow the same procedure to loading os if u have any further questions inbox me i will help * +
