As I'm about to create yet another BBM pins topic, but rest a55 ured, its not for s*x chat or hooking up living in SA, I'd like to know can we chat with ppl from all over the world via BBM and if not, why? I know that we can add ppl from UK, Holland and Jamaica. I've tried to add ppl from USA but it never worked. Can anyone confirm that BBM is restricted to regions? * +
