A guy proposed to me four months ago after knowing him seven years ago. He calls me everyday and we meet once a week due to work related issues. He told me he would like to know me slowly. I am convinced he loves me and always want to hear from me. Recently he fell sick and asked her sister to call me to come over. He is a friend to my friend outside the country and and our friend just told me my boyfriend said he is getting married soon and has sent him a picture of the lady he is about to be married to and it's not my picture . Am so sad and confused because he just proposed to me and said he is planning to get married but I never knew it wasn't me. Now he is seriously sick and i have visited twice. What should I do? If i ask him about the picture it means I've betrayed our friend. *
