i got rid of mine after 4 days.the 1 4 and 7 b*ttons cracked .and that shake thingy never worked.and screen had gaps at side.think it was a rush job making them phones.shame on ya sony! * +

ye W580 is realy a disappointment, a friend got it and it feels so cheap!! To make it change tracks hold down the Walkman b*tton and shake it to the right and it should go to the next track * +

Buttons cracked on mine so i took it back and got it changed for a newer better made one. Its perfect now * +
