Its a blown chip mate :( i've sent you a reply, it normally happens when the phone gets wet, maybe from using it in the rain and it gets in, its also happened to my w800. *

you could try a flash but if its the blown chip then it wont help, i got qouted 150 quid to have the chip replaced when the phone was only about 60 quid to buy *
