They take features off that they dont support: its more commonly known as branding * +

Dont have tv n 02 only put screen saver n start up so its hardly branding unlike orange or vodafone. * +

Is your 3G switched on? No operator will stop the phone itself from steaming Video/Audio, thats one of the main highlights on a 3G phone as its needed for Video Calling and stuff (which comes in the phone's spec sheet), its of a selling point for an operator to disable, and yeah there is very little branding by O2, Startup/Shutdown screen and 1 menu icon (Play Now). * +

PS: due to the fact O2 dont do much branding is why you dont have a TV link in the Main Menu, as thats a branded feature and not in Generic (debranded) Firmware, there should be the Video Calling feature there instead. * +
