Open network connections on pc n click view all connections. Then right click connection u using n go 2 properties. Make sure the correct modem is chosen in properties dialog box n also the dialup number is correct. * +

U also gotta select phone mode on phone wen u click dial. U wil find th phone lights up n gives u choice between phone mode n ma55 storage etc. Choose phone mode. * +

It come on the cid number is wrong or when the gprs is down. Its not a problem if you choose the phone mode. I don't. Just plug on the phone and click dial. If the problem recurr delete the connection and make a new one. Make sure the number is correct *
