just go to google using a pc,in search type 'XS++' you will b given results. Use version 3.1 or 3.2 * +

YES,it can damage yo fon if u do not use it properly. Its simpo if u use it well,i hav changed my software/firmware 4 tyms. U are a newbie so do dis,search for topic named 'newbie info' it has basics,read it. Then search for 'please help me out' av tokd about flashin there. * +
