I download the pc suite an install it an thing.wen i plug the phone in it says new hardware found w810i,then it say problem occur my dis an dat wont work properly.an it sayin no phone connected watz wrong?i use moto 2 bt it slows bad! * +

Uninstall it. Get a new pc suite,make sure it supports w810i. Install it,restart pc and let it load for 15min. Connect fon,drivers wil b installed en fon wil indicate dat its in fon mode * +

Yes its workin nw.its kickin.but wen transferin files an playin music.it says do nt unplug usb frm pc or phone without exit the application.suppose power failure occur wat gona apen to my w810i?hope it wudnt die oh my * +
