U need to setup ur phone settings for mms,try built in setup wizard or google its,by the way how long battery backup of ur k550?one of my friend have this set and he claim its not long more then a half day * +

It depends on what their doing on their fone like surfing the web and make sure their bluetooth is off that eats up the battery life and if its a 2nd hand fone that mite b y the battery going so quick * +
