I had 5 of them. Kept going wrong. Riddled with firmware problems. Most common is they keep switching off. Its gets worse n worse til it shuts off altogether. Also cr*p camera. Worst fone iv ever had. Now got c905. Love it but they go wrong too. Bottom line? Sony ericsson fones are VERY unreliable. My 2nd k800i the only one to do me proud. * +

Mine is gathering dust in my wardrobe, only use it as a HSDPA modem now, i got sick of the reboots,to this day i NEVER thought it was possible for a phone to be so unstable. * +

I've got a k800i and i'm so happy with it! I've had it a year and a half and it still works great - i've dropped it many times - taken it in the bath with me but i've never had any serious probs with it. Only a few niggles, the keypad is a bit small, full zoom takes fuzzy pics It's my best gadgety friend and will always hold a place in my
