What u mean compress is changing bitrate. U can do that by softwares on pc such as dbpoweramp. U can also do that from disc2phone software. * +

There is a program on pc called mp3 diet which will compress a full song from a 4mb file to about a 600kb then transfer to phone. i used to do that on a lg fone which had only 10mb * +

Ive got loads of12MB songs in my 4GB M2, compressing them is a nightmare coz no matter how good the compressing s/ware is, quality is always lost.No offence... * +

Absolutely Right. But 128 kbps is the average bitrate. But if u have more space u can use higher than that. *
