first try restartin ur phone. . . if that doesnt work store everything to ur memory card including ur contacts in ur phonebook then first try master reset on just the settings if that doesnt work reset everythin. . . if it still doesnt work reset ur whole phone. . . * +

Actually it needs flashing master reset does nothing *
