I hav a W910 on vodafone and its on supportin one network. If i flash it to Generic wil all networks work? Wil it get locked? Wil it continue to work on one network? *

Yea, on all, but download the vodafone software and flash it back if it has any problems. My W850 was originaly voda branded but i flashed it *
