Lol guys updating ya phone firmware helps fix those bugs and upgrade features thats what they prob do at the shop its in settins or u can use ya s.e tools etc from pc * +

Upgrading it on ur fone thats what i did and thats when my problems started until i got it flashed i've now turned that updating software off *
