Try flashn ur 4n, sumtime flash also helps, my W830 volum key would nt function. An i flash an it work. * +

Try restart or master reset before flashing. * +

ive got the problem few months back but not quite sure how i fix it.. but dint use flash or reset.. ive drop my phone many times and that cud be the answer.. lol * +
