its not a reliable model n its quite expensive brand new... if u got the receipt then use the warranty... if u havent n got a bit of extra cash then get some quotes for repairs. u cant do much yourself with it * +

my advice would be to take it to a repair shop. if u try it yourself n had no experience in repairing then u may make it worse... or sell it even... it isnt a great phone to be honest * +
