Youre probably right about software,my brothers phone had software problems until he updated his software and everything works fine now.Try that and see if it works * +

Thanks. I tried the update in general settings it says i have latest version. ?? Mind u its turnin on an off when it wants. Time for new phone i think :-D * +

When i used to have that phone i also had the same problem when you try to start camera white screen appears an phone exists to standby dont know what the problem was but i am sure it will start to work again as my used to did i switched to e63 * +
