its not possible to add any phone language.....i think u have to again do a update of ur phone software. Select proper 'country' and language before updating by sonyericsson.com.....i think then the languages will automatically b added to ur phone..... * +

You can do it using customize_upgrade.xml and .lng/.t9 files, check lasyk.net and se-nse.net for guides, but why don't you not flash correct firmware with your lng? its a better option as you'll get the browser in your lng also, else you'll have to edit your opmenu folder to get the browser to support the new lng, look in seusers.com for correct FW =) (you can find a FW lng list at topsony to find out which FW's have the correct lng's) * +
