Its a verry comon problem. Use ur PC SUITE CD and install it on your pc. Look in the left hand corner is a link that says Sony Ericson Update Service (SEUS) click on that link. U must be conected to internet. Download the update app (bout 30mb) and follow the instructions itl give u. U must switch off phone, take out battery and put it bk in. The hold down the c b*tton while conecting usb to phone * +

But itl tell u all the steps then do a new software download which is roughly 80mb but totaly worth it. I told my friend to try it on his w890 and he says its alot better. * +

Sometimes while I'm playing music it stops for no reason and then starts to play agen. I've updated my software but i still have the problems *
