SE Vivaz is better because its a smartphone,and it records HD 720p @ 24frames per second videos. The W995 probably has better battery life though. If you dont need all the 'bells and whistles' the Vivaz has,then get W995, but overall the Vivaz is the newer, much more powerful and versatile device. * +

Yep,it records in HD, just like the Samsung OmniaHD, but i thnk Vivaz is more stable at it since it uses a newer TI OMAP CPU than the Samsung. * +
